- Chef : Two + years experience in management with a focus on perfect food, execution and quality. Chefs are hands-on chefs that are responsible for the
entire kitchen operation. They must have two-plus years experience with an extensive knowledge of inventory, cost control, and sanitation procedures. They must be excellent communicators that can develop a dynamic kitchen team.

Two + years experience in management with a track record in building guest counts and profits. Ability to hire, train, motivate and maintain a team. Managers have two-plus years experience in restaurant management with a track record of success in exceeding guest expectations and building sales and profits. The ability to hire, train, motivate, and develop a team that consistently executes at a high standard is required.
